Cipher Digital Solutions S.R.L. is an independent telecommunications and cloud infrastructure provider headquartered in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. We operate our own autonomous system — AS218537, registered with RIPE NCC — and build connectivity for cloud platforms, VPN operators and enterprise networks that need secure, policy-driven routing across the European Union.
Our model is simple: a lean engineering team, infrastructure we control end-to-end, and transparent operating standards aligned with RIPE NCC guidelines, MANRS and European telecommunications regulation.
We run our own BGP edge with redundant upstreams and exchange presence — not resold capacity on someone else's ASN.
RPKI origin validation, BCP 38 anti-spoofing and strict prefix filtering are enforced on every session we announce or accept.
